Description:


The sewage is sucked by means of vacuum through the suction hose in to the sludge tank. The sewage water passes through a self cleaning filter (automatic height adjustment) before being carried in to the water tank (Purification process). The water tank contains 5 compartments. Water travels from one compartment to the next and is being purified by sedimentation. Impure water is taken from the second compartment my means of a centrifugal pump and passes through a cyclone separating mineral and organic materials and returning clean water to the water tank. Finally, clean water is taken from the first compartment and passes through the high pressure pump bursting out of the nozzle for flushing operations in the canal. more info

One-Tank-System water recycling

The system is based on the principles of physical water purification and consists of seven purification stages.
The following are the main three components:

  • Sedimentation (Physical gravity separation)
  • Self cleaning closure bell
  • cyclone (centrifugal separation)


The seven purification stages:


1. Level: COARSE MATERIAL SEPARATION WALL:
- The sewage water has to pass through the wall to prevent solids (stones, tins, etc.) from passing. The gross material is kept back in the rear part of the sludge tank.

2. Level: SEDIMENTATION:
- After the sewage water has passed through the wall, if flows into a sedimentation area where water is separated from sand, sludge and other solid matter by
  physical sedimentation (in the front compartment of the sludge tank).

3. Level: SELF CLEANING CLOSURE BELL:
- Serves as another interceptor for purifying water from solid matter before entering the water tank. A centrifugal pump flushes water in the opposite direction of the
  flow to prevent the flow from being blocked.

WATER TANK:
- Divided in to two integrated compartments (Main-Pump compartment).

MAIN COMPARTMENT:
- A passage chamber during the water treatment receiving excess water from the pump compartment.

PUMP COMPARTMENT:
- Serves as a water reservoir for flushing operations.
- Excess water is fed back to the main compartment with the complete filling of the pump compartment.

SELF CLEANING CLOSURE BELL:
- Opens automatically during water recycling operations.
- When closed, the water recycling system completely implements suction process, fat separation, ditch discharging or similar operations.
- The impure water is then separated from the clean.

4. – 7. Level: MICRO PARTICLE SAND SEPARATION:

CENTRIFUGAL PUMP:
- Transports the pre-cleaned water from the main compartment into the sand separation stage. At the same time flushes water on the bell to prevent it from blocking.

CYCLONE UNIT (CENTRIFUGAL):
- Uses centrifugal force generated by the flow from the centrifugal pump to separate impurities from the water. The waste is automatically discharged back into the
  sludge tank. The water passes 4 times through the cyclone over the main compartment and the pump compartment to be finally used by the high pressure pump.

SYSTEM CONTROL:
- The water recycling system operates continuously, without interruption during suction and flushing operations. The PLC CAN BUS - computer control controls and
  monitors all processes. A manual control capability of the system is also available.

CLEANING:
- All particles which in the course of the recycling process water cycle are transported back automatically into the sludge tank. The water cycle is fully automated,
  continuous and self-cleaning. Cleaning processes of the recycling facility are not required.
